Ring in the Year of the Monkey!

February 8th is New Year according to the traditional Chinese lunar calendar, which means a return of the Year of the Monkey. This is the ninth sign in the twelve-year zodiac cycle, and represents a particularly important year to people who were born in a previous Year of the Monkey.

If your birth year was under the influence of the Monkey, you are likely a playful, intelligent, and highly creative individual. Monkeys are known for playing pranks, and having trouble focusing on anything for too long. They are innately curious and intellectual, often drawn to careers in science, the arts, or management. Whatever field a Monkey may apply himself or herself to, though, he or she generally finds success.

Due to their fickle nature, many Monkeys take a long while to find a romantic partner they can settle down with. Once they find the perfect someone, though, they can often commit to that person for life.
